My time at Institute Bergonié in July was a mixed experience. The staff, including doctors and nurses, were attentive and highly professional, providing top-notch care throughout my stay. I underwent choordae & papillary muscles repair for heart valve disease treatment, which was handled with expertise by the surgeon and his team.
However, one major drawback during my time at Institute Bergonié was the inadequate pain management provided post-surgery. Effective pain relief is essential during recovery, but unfortunately, I had to bear significant discomfort throughout my stay due to a lack of proper medication and monitoring by the medical staff. This aspect of my experience detracted from an otherwise excellent care experience at this renowned hospital.

I visited the Counseling Center Médico-Psychologiques at 54 Cours du Médoc, 33000 Bordeaux, France a long time ago for liver biopsy and stayed there overnight. The center is well-maintained and has a comfortable atmosphere. However, I was disappointed because of sleep deprivation as clinicians often disturbed me for tests or blood draws in the middle of the night. Nonetheless, the doctors and nurses provided excellent service, which made my stay slightly better.
